Ottawa Courthouse Greenroof
Ottawa Courthouse’s green roof project features 60 plant varieties and 26 separate green roofs at multiple elevations. The green roof increases the courthouse’s energy efficiency, increases on-site stormwater management and provides habitat for a variety of native insects. Outdoor seating and plaza area for courthouse events. Total greenroof area 70,000 square feet.
My role, as part of a team, included, preparing design development and construction, and specification documents for the project.
