Downtown Kingston BIA engaged Canning Greenworks to develop concept sketches for the Hanson Courtyard demonstrating how green infrastructure could address stormwater management and flood resiliency in an urban core setting.

The concept explores bioswales, permeable surfaces, and planted buffers integrated into an existing courtyard environment — demonstrating ecological performance without sacrificing usable public space. The work was produced in collaboration with Meliora Design.
